In order to reward excellent staff, improve their work enthusiasm and create a good working atmosphere, from July 5 to 7, Guangbo Group production system held a “star of Guangbo” poll for star team leader and star employee. Thousands of employees from each branch and workshop participated in the voting.

The voting was based on the principle of full participation and democratic election. Each workshop’s star team leader and star employee were elected by way of a live vote. Employees who receive votes can decide their votes based on their own judgment and willingness. Employees who have won the title of star team leader and star employee will receive the cash reward provided by the Group.

Different from the previous layers of recommendation model, this selection adopted auditions ballot and flat full voting form, which received a warm welcome from vast staff from the beginning, causing a strong reaction. Some employees showed, this way of voting really gave everyone the chance to be elected. Some showed, such activities made them to be more active in their work. Other employees said this activitycan let everyone find the difference between themselves and excellent employees, which helped to improve their skill level.

Paying attention to employee development and stimulating employee potential has always been an important part of Guangbo Group's corporate culture. In the future, each quarter, Guangbo Group will hold “star of Guangbo” poll for star team leader and star employee. Team leaders and employees who have been elected three times in succession will gain the opportunities for travel, physical examination, and learning.
