On May 16, workers congress was held as scheduled at the multi-function hall of Guangbo Group’s executive office building. The meeting was hosted by Shu Yaoping, CEO and trade union chairman. Part of the company executives and more than 50 employees from various departments and subsidiaries representatives attended the meeting.
The meeting first reviewed “detailed rules and regulations about the bonuses”. Content involves year-end attendance, renew, length of service awards and the perfect attendance award, etc. The first draft of the rule was presented by the company various departments according to their respective duties. It is reviewed by justice department, then feedback to the human resources department. Through consultation and communication again and again, eventually it was deliberated by the company leadership. At the meeting, company deputy general manager and stock company president Dai Guoping pointed out, worker is the owner of the enterprise, the creator and practitioner of enterprise interest and own interest. Pursuiting of the maximization of enterprise benefit and worker income is the the responsibilities and obligations shared by the company and its workers. We should maximize the interest of the workers through various means. As the union and management personnel, must make efforts to improve employee benefits, increase the income of the employee and improve staff accommodation conditions, let staff feel the warmth and care of the company.
The worker representatives spoke positively, put forward opinions and suggestions on questions like the pay difference between labor dispatch employees and treatment of employees. Shu Yaoping, chairman of the labor union, answered the questions one by one. Besides, he showed, he’ll further perfect the company's system according to worker representatives' views and suggestions.
After a full discussion, in the form of voting, the meeting passed “detailed rules and regulations about the bonuses”.
Finally, on behalf of the company Party committee, Shu Yaoping put forward some requirements to worker representatives. Firstly, after going back, each representative should propaganda and implement seriously of detailed rules and regulations about the bonuses passed by the conference. Preach the conference spirit through the early meeting, general meeting of the branch, unify vast employees’ thought and action to the meeting spirit. Secondly, closely contact the workers and staff, keep in mind of caring about the worker's life. Timely pass employee's voice to the company leadership, to promote the healthy and harmonious development of the company. Thirdly, hope that in the process of production and business operation in the company, workers congress can strengthen the staff awareness, get the point, offer numerous proposals and suggestions for the enterprise development, and dedicate for Guangbo’s reform and development of their intelligence.
