In the daily work, departments that provide the services should play cooperative consciousness and active communication consciousness. In the process of participating in the work, if the exception of working arrangements has occurred, should timely and actively feedback to collaborative department, to avoid by the service department wait helplessly and passively.
Finally, Wang Junping pointed out, foster a sense of responsibility in the teamwork. Our overall program of action is that I solve my problem, I bear my service. Solving the problem is the only way. Departments that provide the services have a strong sense of responsibility for work and encounter difficulties can't rationalize itself. Should start from the global perspective and consider other loss may bring to the company. If encountered insurmountable difficulties in the course of implementation, should have the sense of responsibility and the consciousness of general situation, actively communicate with by the service department, negotiate solution, until the problem reach consensus, to avoid unnecessary loss and waste.
At the meeting, foreign trade departmentand production department emphasized the importance of "problem finalization".
